Descriptions
Adhesive granule is functionalized polymer, which can bond plastic and metal. Those polymer materials can be tightly bonded to other materials while maintaining some excellent polymer materials by adding some special polar function groups that make it strong adhesion and still maintain good characteristics.
VF990 ahesive resin is a maleic anhydride functionalzied polyethylene mixture, specifically designed to form film with excellent provessability and adhesive strength to both metals and polyolefins,can be successfully applied to various aluminum plastic panels. They are available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and co-extrusion equipment.
Chemical Structure
Composition: Maleic Anhydride and Vinyl Acetate functionalized polyethylene mixture.
Application
VF990 adhesive resin is widely used as binder for adhesive films for aluminium composite panel,FRACP, metal composite panel for Interior and exterior decoration.
